ICC allows prior testimony of unnamed witness in Duterte case
The International Criminal Court's Trial Chamber III has allowed prosecutors to use the prior recorded testimony of an unidentified witness, P-1100, in the case against former president Rodrigo Duterte, The Manila Times reported. Under the three-judge chamber's October 2 decision, the witness must appear in court and consent to the use of the statement. Manila Bulletin said the testimony concerns alleged Davao Death Squad operations.
