The PPP Center of the Philippines and the Lapu-Lapu City government signed a memorandum of agreement on September 24 so the center can help the city identify and screen projects under public-private partnerships (PPPs), BusinessWorld reported. The center will give advisory services, technical assistance and training, while the city will set up a PPP unit. Mayor Ma. Cynthia K. Chan said the projects must serve the city's communities.
